Who handles your enquiry

JVS Ethics Lab (Pty) Ltd is responsible for its website enquiry records. Jashin Sookdhoo receives enquiries through JVS’s business email and handles the initial conversation. For privacy questions, email info@jvsethicslab.co.za with “Privacy question” in the subject.

Information we collect

The form asks for your name, company, work email, operational problem and approximate timeframe. Current systems and the service you are interested in are optional. When you choose a service assessment, that service and offer are included in the enquiry. Please send a summary rather than passwords, personal customer records or confidential documents.

Why we use it

We use the information to reply, establish whether JVS can help, arrange an introductory conversation and, where appropriate, scope a separate engagement. We also use delivery and spam-prevention services to operate the form. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list or commission paid work.

Service providers

Provider processing may take place outside South Africa. Provider-specific handling and retention are described in their policies. We do not publish your enquiry contents or sell enquiry records.

How long we retain records

Closed or unsuccessful enquiries are retained for up to 12 months after closure and then deleted from JVS’s enquiry records. Active discussions are kept while they remain active. If an enquiry becomes a client engagement, the resulting records follow the agreed contract and any applicable required retention period. Providers may retain their own security or delivery logs under their published policies.

Access, correction and deletion questions

Contact info@jvsethicslab.co.za to ask about information you supplied, request a correction or discuss deletion. We may need to confirm your identity and explain any records that must be retained. Do not send identity documents with the initial request.

Other contact channels

Email and WhatsApp enquiries are handled for the same business purposes. WhatsApp is a separate service with its own provider policies. Share only the information needed for the initial discussion.
